I ordered a sound system from Chiragan and waited a week for shipping. When I hadn't received any updates, I sent a message inquiring about the status of my order. Ten days later, a gentleman called to inform me that they were waiting to confirm my identity and were concerned about my intent to return the order. I found this behavior to be quite suspicious. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order. I'm sharing my experience because it appears that they may be operating in a manner that involves taking orders and collecting payment for items they don't actually have in stock.
