What happens during our in-store registry experience?

Allow around two and a half hours to explore our Coral Gables showroom with your loved ones, enjoy refreshments and choose pieces with our team. We’ll walk you through the collections, help you compare options and shape a registry around your life together.

Who can we bring?

You’re welcome to bring loved ones to share the experience. Include everyone attending, including the couple, in your appointment request so we can prepare for your visit.

Do we need to know everything we want before we visit?

Not at all. Our team will guide you during your showroom walkthrough, helping you think through what you need and discover what you love. The table and bedding inspiration above are simply starting points.

How is our registry created and shared?

After you choose your favorites in the showroom, our team creates your online registry for you. You can then share your registry link with family and friends so they can choose a gift.

What happens when someone purchases a gift?

You can choose to have purchased gifts delivered as they become available, or we can hold them and arrange delivery when everything is ready. We’ll agree the delivery approach with you.

Can we change or add items after our visit?

Yes. Your registry is a living selection: you can add items or change your choices with our team as your plans develop. We’ll keep refining it with you until you’re happy that it’s good to go.

What are the benefits of a Chiragan registry?

We gift the couple store credit equal to 10% of the value of gifts actually purchased through their registry, to spend on whatever they love at Chiragan. The couple can also purchase items left unpurchased on their registry with a 20% completion discount. Our team helps arrange these benefits.

How do we arrange our showroom appointment?

Use the “Arrange your registry visit” button to request your preferred date and start time. Please allow at least three calendar days’ notice. Sunday start times are 11 a.m.–3 p.m.; Monday–Saturday start times are 11 a.m.–6 p.m., all in Eastern Time. Our team will confirm your appointment.

A little guidance

One bed, beautifully considered

For a couple sharing one bed, begin with two sleeping pillows and two decorative shams. A second change of sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover makes wash-day rotation easier.
